So here's my scary story of the day:
So I'm driving to school....la ti da....and I'm crossing over a 1 mile bridge that's only 1 way each and having a good time. As I near the end, some dude in an SUV loses control in the oncoming lane and starts sliding in my lane, then spins and then continues to slide in my lane......so I had to quick slow down....dear lord! I thought I was going to hit him! Damn SUV blocked his lane and half of mine and I BARELY made it around him without getting Emmy hurt! My heart stopped, I do believe....cuz when I continued to drive after that, my legs got all tingly and my heart felt like it was going to pop out of my chest! SCARY DUDES!

I wish I had so much less homework! Then I could call my friends, whom I've neglected.....I'm so sorry! I really DO want to talk to you, but there just is no time, no time right now! I'm freezing and I gots more homework then time to do it in!!! AHHHHHHHH!!! If I die, I love you all......

AHHHHH! So my cooperatives class has like 30 people in it...and I'm the only group. To top off that wonderful news, I got placed in a group with a bunch of cowboys! They all want to do an agriculture co-op. I don't know dude, I might have to be the secretary of that group! Yeah! And one of the boys has an injured foot and I asked him if it was from skiing and it was from working on the farm (falling on concrete).....hmmm, what did I get into?

It's "freeze your snot"cold out there! Holy crap! So, I've gotta vent about 2 drivers I witnessed in the past 3 days that reaffirms to me that North Dakotan's can't drive!
1) Light turns green for me as I cross over a highway bridge. The people to my right try and come to a stop (they are just getting off the highway) and apparently, one guy just can't do it. He goes to the in between the 2 lanes of cars and barely pauses enough to cut off those of us who are going straight (the right of way). We all have to slow down to allow the jerk to grab his bearings as he slips into his lane. DUMB!

2) and this morning, as I was driving to school on a divided road, I witnessed that a dude in the opposing traffic decided to make his own lane. He was driving in the left hand lane of opposing traffic!!!!! People were crazy trying to get out of his way! Apparently, the person didn't recognize the road was divided and simply went a little too far left! AHHHHHH! Then, at the next intersection, he casually moves over into the left hand lane of the appropriate traffic.....causing people to slip as they get cut off majorly......turns out that the person was heading for a drive thru coffee stand.....he shouldn't be driving at all, let alone without coffee!!!!!

Geez! I thought things would get better...they aren't! I'm bogged down for homework already and it's making me nervous. I have 2 buildings to design and one is due this Thursday (which I have yet to start!!)....I don't know what I'm going to do! I already have no life :) Anywho....have any of you gotten to see the ice palace yet? I'm awfully envious of you guys! Looks cool! Anyways, I've got a criticism to read and document and some schematics to come up with so I'll talk to you later!

yay! so break went well and to my sadness, it is now done :( Anywho...first day of classes, got me lots of homework already and it shouldn't be THAT bad! My coopertives class should be ok :) The prof is retiring after he's done with us, so it should be easy. Besides, I'll have a fun time playing "count the cowboy hats" considering it's a video network class with hicks, I mean, rural North Dakota Universities. Today I caught 2, which was the equivilent of girls in the classes. I shall test my theory further in future classes and keep you posted. Ratio to cowbody hats to girls. Um...not much else here!! Hope all is well!
