'Bout Becky

The Al is coming! The Al is coming! heheh! Oh dear! What a busy ishy week already! But I get to see Al maybe and that will make it all better!! What to say!? Only 4 more weeks left of the high rise and I feel like I'm stuck to a brick wall and can't get over it. That and I work lots (but that's a good thing, right?). And then there's the "other classes" which I need to work on. I give up!

Oh yes, and what is this snow and wind crap? I walk all the way to class at 8, realize it's cancelled, and remember how wussy I was this morning and had to walk through many of the buildings I passed just to keep my face from burning! OUCH SPRINTER!!!

Well, I went in for the interview yesterday, and it sounds like it's mine (but what do I know, I'm not good at judging those things). So yeah, I would have my own office complete with window and door and computer and phone and what nots :) That would be exciting :) This internship is also paid! ($10 an hour)...so that'd be cool. The only flaw is I'd be doing some Al and Erin tasks like making a budget and doing business plans and accounting work....but she said it would be minimal and I could get help with it. I don't know! Otherwise, I'd be calling and checking up on some of the clients, putting together training sessions and marketing a wee bit :) Sounds good to me! Oh well....I'll see if I get it when I return from spring break :)

Spring is here and I've got me a dilemma. My portfolio will be finished tonight (I promised Sara!) and then I'll be able to apply for a job with Engebretson. However, my minor director has offered me an internship with a community development firm that may conflict with that job. Gee! I hope I can do all 3 this summer :) Well, we'll have to see on Wednesday when I have my interview....wish me luck!

When is it going to be pretty spring and not crappy "I can't decide which season to be"??? I hope the snow never comes today and that the weatherman lied! They said it'd be there yesterday, then this morning, now this afternoon...never comes!!!
